Stepan Company Seeking Maintenance Team Leader

The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for all activities of Maintenance Mechanics and contractor personnel providing supplemental labor. The individual will direct, coach support, delegate and follow-up on all activities related to the maintenance department.  Additionally the individual will plan and schedule weekly and daily maintenance work activities in coordination with operations and production scheduling. 

Other responsibilities will include continually improving maintenance work practices, monitoring of key performance indicators and utilization of CMMS.  Responsible for all safe work practices such as LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space, Line Break, and PSM (Process Safety Management.)

Must have:

• Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Degree
• Experience 3-5 years required
• Strong Communication and People Skills
